5. Payment & Billing

Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

All content, branding, software, and materials created by OutBound IQ remain our property.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without our written consent.
You retain ownership of your data and leads, but grant us a license to use it solely for delivering Services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information obtained during the engagement.
8. Data & Privacy
We may collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, POPIA) when using leads or customer data obtained through our Services.
9. Third-Party Tools
Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., email platforms, CRMs). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or damages caused by these tools.
10. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., revenue, closed deals).
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You assume full responsibility for outcomes from using leads, automations, or outreach campaigns.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OutBound IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OutBound IQ harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us.
We may suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay.
Certain sections (e.g., IP rights, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
